Job Summary
Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, handling everything from fender benders to frame rebuilds to restore vehicles to factory specs. Perform panel and structural work on bent, twisted, or torn components, ensuring quality reassembly with tightened bolts and perfected welds. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop efficiently while maintaining work location safety and tidiness. Requires at least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides, physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs, and a no-shortcuts mentality. Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.
