Job Summary
Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, handling everything from fender benders to frame rebuilds. Pull, straighten, and square structural components to restore vehicles to factory specs, ensuring quality reassembly with tightened bolts and perfected welds. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop while maintaining work location safety and tidiness. This role requires at least two years of experience, physical fitness to lift up to 50lbs, and I-CAR or ASE certifications. Caliber offers unlimited work paired with a flag rate of up to $24–$27 weekly, plus day-one medical, dental, vision, and 401k match benefits.
Required Qualifications
