Job Summary
Blueprint and execute collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, restoring panels and structures to factory specs. Perform quality reassembly with a focus on fit and finish, while maintaining work location safety and tidiness. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop efficiently. Handle full collision repair tasks including pulling, straightening, and squaring frames.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how
- No-shortcuts mentality
- Sharp eye for detail
- Physically fit for the job
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
