Job Summary
Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, handling everything from fender benders to frame rebuilds. Straighten, square, and restore panels and structural components to factory specifications using industry-leading 3M equipment. Perform quality reassembly with a focus on fit, finish, and tightened bolts. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop while maintaining location safety and tidiness. No two crashes are identical, requiring adaptability and a no-shortcuts mentality.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how
- No-shortcuts mentality
- Sharp eye for detail
- Physically fit for the job
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
