Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring all work meets factory specifications. Perform panel and structural work to straighten and square damaged vehicles, followed by quality reassembly and fit-and-finish touches. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop while maintaining strict safety and tidiness standards. This role requires at least two years of experience, physical fitness to lift 50lbs, and I-CAR or ASE certifications.
