Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring clean, precise work that meets factory specifications. Handle panel and structural restoration, tightening bolts and perfecting welds to restore vehicles to road-ready condition. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop while maintaining strict safety and tidiness standards. Requires at least two years of experience, physical ability to lift 50lbs, and a no-shortcuts mentality. Work within a team-first environment at a center with unlimited hours and a flag rate up to $20–$30 weekly.
