Job Summary
Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, handling everything from fender benders to frame rebuilds to restore vehicles to factory specs. Perform panel and structural work, ensuring precise alignment and quality reassembly with tightened bolts and perfected welds. Maintain work location safety and tidiness while collaborating with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop. Requires at least two years of experience, physical fitness to lift up to 50lbs, and no restrictions on U.S. work eligibility. Flat rate pay ranges from $60,000 to $100,000 plus annual performance bonuses.
