Job Summary
No two crashes are identical, which means your days are filled with new challenges and interesting work. You will blueprint and execute, handle full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds, perform panel and structural work, ensure quality reassembly with precise fit and finish, and collaborate with a team of painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how—pull, straighten, and square it up
- No-shortcuts mentality; blueprint it and fix it right the first time
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
