Job Summary
Full-time Auto Body Technician at Caliber in Midland, TX. You’ll perform complete collision repair from blueprint through final assembly, including fender-to-frame work, panel and structural repairs, and precise reassembly to factory specs. Collaborate with teammates (painters, estimators, front office) to deliver high-quality repairs, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and ensure customer satisfaction. You’ll work with modern equipment, pursue growth through certifications (I-CAR, ASE), and participate in a benefits-enabled career path. You should be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, detail-focused, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions, and be willing to comply with Caliber’s equal opportunity and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how including pulling, straightening, and squaring
- No-shortcuts mentality with attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Team-first attitude and collaboration with painters, estimators, and front office staff
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Full collision repair experience including blueprinting, structural work, and quality reassembly
