Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, restoring vehicles to factory specs. Perform panel and structural work, including pulling, straightening, and squaring frames, while ensuring tightened bolts and perfected welds. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop, maintaining work location safety and tidiness. Handle quality reassembly and final touches that make all the difference. This role requires at least two years of experience, physical fitness to lift up to 50lbs, and an I-CAR or ASE certification.
