As an Auto Body Technician at Caliber, you will be responsible for performing full collision repairs, including blueprinting, panel and structural work, and quality reassembly. You are expected to have at least two years of experience in turning wrecked vehicles into road-ready cars. A keen eye for detail and a no-shortcuts mentality are essential, as well as the physical ability to lift up to 50lbs. Collaboration with team members in various roles is key to ensuring efficient workflows and maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards.
