Job Summary
Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring clean, precise work that meets factory specs. Perform panel and structural work on bent, twisted, or torn vehicles while maintaining a pro standard for fit and finish. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop efficiently, keeping work areas clean and safe. Requires at least two years of experience, physical fitness to lift up to 50lbs, and an I-CAR or ASE certification.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how
- No-shortcuts mentality
- Sharp eye for detail
- Physically fit for the job
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
