Job Summary
Caliber Auto Body Technician responsible for full collision repair. You will blueprint and execute repairs to factory specs, straighten and align frames, perform panel and structural work, and ensure quality reassembly. Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front-office staff to move vehicles through the shop. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- At least two years of hands-on collision repair experience
- Frame and structural know-how; ability to pull, straighten, and square frames
- Blueprint and execute repairs with attention to detail
- Ability to perform full collision repair including panel and structural work and final reassembly
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Team-first attitude; collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff
- I-CAR and ASE certifications encouraged/trained for
