Job Summary
Auto Body Technician responsible for full collision repair work from fender repairs to frame rebuilds, delivering factory-spec results. Work includes blueprinting, panel and structural repairs, reassembly, and final finishing with an emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork with painters, estimators, and front office staff. Requires at least two years of hands-on repair experience, ability to lift up to 50lbs, and a commitment to meticulous, detail-oriented work. Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- At least two years of collision repair or equivalent experience
- Frame and structural repair knowledge; ability to pull, straighten, and square frames
- No-shortcuts mentality; attention to detail; safe work practices
- Physically able to lift up to 50lbs
- Team-oriented with ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff
- I-CAR and ASE certifications are valued
