Job Summary
Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, ensuring all work meets factory specifications. Perform panel and structural work to straighten, square, and tighten vehicles, focusing on clean, precise fit and finish. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop while maintaining work location safety and tidiness. Handle physical demands including lifting up to 50lbs and working with modern 3M equipment.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how
- No-shortcuts mentality
- Sharp eye for detail
- Physically fit for the job
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
