Job Summary
Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, restoring vehicles to factory specs. Perform panel and structural work, ensuring precise fit and finish with tightened bolts and perfected welds. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop while maintaining location safety and tidiness. Handle all aspects of repair, including pulling, straightening, and squaring frames, using industry-leading 3M equipment and modern tech.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how
- No-shortcuts mentality
- Sharp eye for detail
- Physically fit for the job
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
