Job Summary
Full-time Auto Body Technician responsible for complete collision repair work from fender-benders to frame rebuilds. Use modern equipment to blueprint and execute repairs to factory specifications, with emphasis on frame and structural accuracy, attention to detail, and quality reassembly. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff; be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs; work within Caliber’s safety standards and processes, and be eligible to work in the U.S. Caliber emphasizes teamwork, safety, and career growth through training (I-CAR, ASE) and competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of collision repair experience
- Frame and structural know-how
- Able to pull, straighten, and square damaged frames
- Blueprint and repair to factory specifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Teamwork across painters, estimators, and front office staff
- Eligible to work in the United States without restrictions
