Job Summary
Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, from fender benders to frame rebuilds, restoring vehicles to factory specs. Perform panel and structural work, including pulling, straightening, and squaring frames, while ensuring quality reassembly with tightened bolts and perfected welds. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop efficiently while maintaining work location safety and tidiness.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how
- No-shortcuts mentality
- Sharp eye for detail
- Physically fit for the job
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Team-first attitude
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
