Job Summary
Auto Body Technician at Caliber Collision—you’ll perform full collision repair from fender benders to frame rebuilds, blueprint and execute precise repairs, and ensure quality reassembly with factory specs. Collaborate with teammates across painters, estimators, and front office to deliver a safe, efficient repair process. Must have at least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides, strong frame/structural know-how, a meticulous eye for detail, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role emphasizes teamwork, safety-minded work location practices, and adherence to calibration and finish standards; I-CAR/ASE certifications are supported investments by the employer. Required Qualifications
- At least two years of collision repair experience
- Frame and structural know-how
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- I-CAR, ASE certifications (beneficial)
