Job Summary
Blueprint and execute full collision repairs, handling everything from fender benders to frame rebuilds to restore vehicles to factory specs. Perform panel and structural work, ensuring tightened bolts and perfected welds with no shortcuts. Collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff to move cars through the shop while maintaining strict work location safety and tidiness. Fit and finish final touches to ensure quality reassembly.
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how
- No-shortcuts mentality
- Sharp eye for detail
- Physically fit for the job
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
