Job Summary
Full collision repair responsibilities include blueprinting and executing repairs to restore vehicles to factory specs: straighten, align, and pull frames; panel and structural work; quality reassembly and finish touches. Work collaboratively with painters, estimators, and front office staff to deliver safe, road-ready vehicles using modern equipment. Requires at least two years of hands-on experience, frame/structural know-how, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50lbs. Training opportunities include I-CAR and ASE certifications; sign-on bonus of $1500 on first paycheck.
