No two crashes are identical; you’ll blueprint and execute full collision repairs from fender benders to frame rebuilds, handling panel and structural work and ensuring precise fit and finish. Work as part of a team with painters, estimators, and front office staff, following safety standards and using modern equipment. Required Qualifications
- At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road-ready rides
- Frame and structural know-how with ability to pull, straighten, and square
- No-shortcuts mentality and attention to detail (blueprint it, fix it right the first time)
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Team-first attitude and ability to collaborate with painters, estimators, and front office staff
- Eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
