Job Summary
An Auto Body Technician Internship focusing on disassembly, assessment, and repair procedures for automotive body work. The role supports Service Advisors by preparing a 100% Repair Plan, ensuring identified repairs align with estimates and manufacturer standards, and coordinating parts and procedures. Responsibilities include removing interior components to access damaged areas, repairing or replacing exterior body panels per specifications, operating hand and power tools, preparing and finishing exterior panels for the Paint Department, maintaining safety compliance with ABRA guidelines, and assisting with minimizing repair time and supplements. Ideal candidates communicate effectively, stay organized, adapt to a fast-paced shop environment, and demonstrate a customer-service-oriented, professional demeanor. Must be 18+ with the ability to read instructions and work in a shop setting that may involve exposure to fumes and chemicals and physical activity.
Required Qualifications

- Passing physical requirements as needed for shop activities
