Job Summary
Assist in collision repair shop operations and logistics, including pre-washing vehicles, moving vehicles within the shop, picking up parts from vendors, coordinating vehicle pickups/drops, transporting rental vehicles, and supporting in the vehicle repair process (detail, prep, R&I, mechanical). Maintain shop cleanliness and grounds, and perform general housekeeping tasks. Requires physical work, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, basic instruction understanding, effective communication, and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license with a great driving record
- Ability to effectively communicate with others
- Ability to understand basic instructions
- Multi-tasking; adapt easily to fast-paced environments
- Carrying and lifting up to 80 lbs
- Physical ability to stoop, bend, squat, kneel
- Manual dexterity and eye/hand coordination
- Experience in shop environment a plus
