Job Summary
Perform light bodywork including prepping, sanding, and buffing vehicles, removing and installing bumpers, and executing minor plastic welding and small area repairs with Bondo. Work in high-tech Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools while adhering to safety protocols such as wearing face shields, goggles, and non-slip shoes. Handle physical tasks requiring independent lifting up to 60 pounds in a fast-paced production environment that may involve exposure to extreme heat or cold. This role requires a valid driver's license, age 18 or older, and the ability to work mandatory overtime based on business needs to ensure vehicles are delivered on time.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- possess a valid driver's license
- subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- ability to work while sometimes being exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs
