Job Summary
Auto Body Repair Technician role at Carvana involves performing light bodywork including prepping, sanding, buffing, removing and installing bumpers, minor plastic welding, and small-area bodywork such as Bondo repair. The position supports entry-, mid-, and experienced-level prep roles across Carvana’s reconditioning centers, with opportunities for training and advancement. Key duties also include operating in a fast-paced production environment with mandatory overtime and adopting safety practices; ASE and tooling reimbursement programs are available as part of the broader benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year professional automotive bodywork experience
- valid driver’s license
- ability to lift up to 60 pounds
- able to read, write, speak and understand English
- 18 years or older
- MVR check may be required
- protective equipment usage
