Job Summary
Prep, sand, and buff vehicles while removing and installing bumpers, performing minor plastic welding, and executing small area bodywork including Bondo repairs. Operate state-of-the-art tools in high-tech Inspection Centers to ensure every car meets our strict quality standards before reaching customers. This entry-level role offers mandatory training to develop skills and pay progression, with a competitive wage and 401(k) match. The position requires 18+ years of age, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 60 pounds in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year of professional automotive bodywork experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
- must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- possess a valid driver's license
- subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
- ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
- ability to work in excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
- Use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be able to work mandatory overtime based on our business needs
