Job Summary
Ensure consistent execution of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan and oversee major disassembly for repair planning and vehicle movement. Verify all parts are received and stored correctly, communicate with the team regarding repair plan changes, and ensure all equipment operates properly. Move vehicles in and out of the shop to maintain efficient floor space, facilitate communication between technicians and the front office, and assure all stalls are routinely cleared. Adhere to high standards of quality and productivity to support the shop's KPIs and maintain a positive Net Promoter Score. Requires a valid driver's license, physical ability to lift over 50 lbs, and experience in a collision repair environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
- Basic knowledge of the repair process
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift in excess of 50lbs
