Job Summary
Auto Body Prepper at Carvana performing light auto bodywork including prepping, sanding, buffing, removing/installing bumpers, minor plastic welding, and small-area bodywork (Bondo repair); opportunities across entry-, mid-, and senior-level prep roles with training programs and potential to train others; pay range $20-$24 per hour; 100% company-paid health premiums, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, ASE/tool reimbursement, and vehicle purchase discounts; overtime may be required based on business needs; location Syracuse, NY with multiple nationwide locations; must be able to lift up to 60 pounds, possess a valid driver's license, and pass background checks.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional automotive bodywork experience
- Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools; lift up to 60 pounds
- Must be at least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license
- English proficiency
