Job Summary
Auto Body Paint Technician traveling to automotive customers to perform high-quality paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment; prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection; work independently at partner locations such as dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions; requires self-motivation, strong attention to color accuracy, excellent communication, and the ability to work outdoors while handling paint applications and vehicle surfaces. Training provided and uncapped earning potential through commission-based pay. Potential for strong long-term earnings with career progression to Senior Tech / World-Class Tech.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
- Ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Detail-oriented with color accuracy
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- No experience necessary – training provided
- Experience with automotive painting is a plus (not required)
