Job Summary
Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities including paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment. Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection while working independently at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions. Deliver fast, flawless results that exceed expectations. Requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Uncapped commission-based earnings with a starting range of $50,000 to $150,000/year.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of a respirator
