Job Summary
Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities, including paint touch-ups and full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment. Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection while delivering fast, flawless results at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions. Work independently to manage your day without micromanagement, utilizing provided tools, supplies, a company vehicle, and a gas card. This role offers 100% commission-based uncapped earning potential with a first-year range of $50,000-$75,000, alongside comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of a respirator
