Job Summary
Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities, including paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment. Prep, blend, and finish vehicle surfaces to perfection while delivering fast, flawless results at partner locations like dealerships, rental agencies, and auctions. Work independently to manage your day without micromanagement, utilizing company tools, a vehicle, and a gas card. This role offers 100% commission-based uncapped earning potential with a first-year range of $50,000–$75,000 and long-term potential up to $150,000+. Candidates must have 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of a respirator
