Job Summary
Auto Body Journeyman Technician responsible for examining vehicle damage, planning efficient repair methods, returning vehicles to factory/OEM specifications, removing damaged parts, filling and finishing surfaces, bolt/weld/align replacement parts, finishing cosmetic surfaces, straightening frames with frame rack systems, repairing aluminum per OEM procedures, and performing related duties as assigned. Requires Journeyperson ticket with Red Seal/I-CAR valued; experience with aluminum repair and Mitchell estimating software is a plus; must provide own tools and hold a valid driver’s license; dedicated to detail, integrity, and collaborative work ethic.
Required Qualifications
- Certification: Valid Auto Body Technician Journeyperson Ticket
- Red Seal Certification and I-CAR training are highly valued assets
- Experience with aluminum repair and Mitchell estimating software is a plus
- Tools: Must possess your own tools to complete standard autobody repairs
- Licence: Valid Driver’s Licence is required
