Job Summary
Create accurate vehicle estimates in Audatex and Mitchell systems while assessing damage and documenting necessary repairs. Coordinate repair needs for customers and insurance companies, ensuring timely communication throughout the process. Maintain ASE updates and uphold compliance with all insurance requirements and WOW Operating Ways. Participate in daily production walks, monthly health and safety meetings, and recommended training sessions to support team KPIs. Greet customers in person and on the phone with positive energy to guide them through the repair process.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year experience
- Basic Computer Skills
- Compliance for DRP's
- Scheduling Tool: Progi Calendar, Google Calendars
- Management information Systems: ASE Rental Management
- Basic Knowledge: Mitchell, Audatex, Alldata, APU, Progi, Car-Part
- Effectively work in a fast-paced environment
- demonstrating multi-tasking ability

- Understanding of all required Insurance programs and procedures
- Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team
- Support all team members when required
- Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meeting
- Attend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager
