Job Summary
Establish accurate damage appraisals and create comprehensive repair estimates for collision and glass services, coordinating repair needs with customers and insurance companies; utilize Audatex and Mitchell estimating systems per OEM guidelines, participate in daily production walks, and ensure compliance with DRP programs and WOW policies while supporting KPI targets (Sales/GP/CSI/AR/TT); requires High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of estimating or automotive body experience; strong customer service, communication, and computer skills are essential.
