Job Summary
Auto Body Estimator responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repair needs. Will document damage and needed parts, communicate with customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process, ensure compliance with DRP requirements and WOW Operating Way standards, participate in production walks, and support team members while maintaining KPI targets. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, 1+ year experience in auto body estimation or collision repair, knowledge of DRP processes, basic computer skills, valid driver's license, and willingness to complete I-CAR Training. Compensation is commission-based with an estimated $50,000-$70,000 per year, plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in auto body estimation or collision repair
- Progressive DRP experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- I-CAR Training or willingness to complete I-CAR Training
- Valid Driver's License
