Auto Body Estimator

Estimate vehicle damage and prepare repair plans, coordinate repair needs with customers and insurance, document interactions and communicate throughout the repair process to ensure superior customer experience and alignment with team KPIs. Responsibilities include assessing damage, documenting required repairs and parts, guiding customers through the repair process, ensuring compliance with DRP and WOW Operating Ways, participating in production walks and trainings, and applying basic computer skills. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to complete I-CAR training.
