Auto Body Estimator

Estimate vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates, coordinate repair needs and communicate with customers and insurance throughout the repair process; document and update customers and insurers, ensure compliance with insurance programs and WOW operating procedures, participate in production walks, and support team members. Must have knowledge of vehicle repairs and OE guidelines, be proficient with basic computer skills, and be willing to complete I-CAR training. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer experience, accurate damage appraisals, coordination of parts and repairs, and compliance with DRP requirements while contributing to KPI achievement.
