Job Summary
Estimator responsible for creating estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers, accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs and parts replacement, informing and updating customers and insurance companies, ensuring compliance with insurance program requirements and company processes, participating in daily production activities, maintaining KPIs, and upholding core values. Requires knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines, high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, willingness to complete I-CAR training, and a valid driver’s license with minimum 1 year of experience.
