Job Summary
Review photos of damaged vehicles to estimate repair costs, then coordinate with repair shops to collect quotes and service details. Schedule repair appointments for vehicles sent to facilities and organize invoices for all repair services. Respond to management inquiries regarding scheduling and repair status while maintaining organized records of estimates, appointments, and communications. Identify discrepancies between shops and internal teams to resolve communication gaps and ensure deadlines are met. This role supports high-volume estimating and appointment coordination within our reconditioning facility in Enfield, Nova Scotia, helping keep the vehicle repair process on track during rapid growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (minimum Class 5)
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to commute to Enfield, Nova Scotia
- Able to commit to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, including overtime based on business needs
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with workflow tools
- Customer service skills and professional communication
- Attention to detail, multitasking, and organization
Desired Qualifications
- Previous administrative, customer service, or automotive support experience
- Familiarity with automotive repair terminology or shop operations
- Experience using scheduling, workflow, or task management tools
