Job Summary
Create accurate vehicle estimates in Audatex and Mitchell systems while coordinating repair needs and communicating with customers and insurance companies. Assess damage to document necessary repairs and parts replacement, ensuring alignment with all team members to achieve facility KPIs. Maintain ASE updates, guide clients through the repair process, and ensure compliance with insurance requirements and WOW Operating Ways. Participate in daily production walks, staff meetings, and recommended training sessions while supporting team members as needed. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking under pressure to uphold the company's core values and operational standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-year experience
- Basic Computer Skills
- Compliance for DRP's
- Scheduling Tool: Progi Calendar, Google Calendars
- Management information Systems: ASE Rental Management
- ASE Basic Knowledge
- Mitchell
