Job Summary
Pre-wash vehicles prior to moving them into production, then clean and detail all assigned vehicles including polishing, drying, and applying wax to the exterior. Vacuum, shampoo, and clean the interior while managing stain removal as needed. Maintain a clean and organized parking lot, sweep the shop floor, and power wash the area as required. Keep the facility tidy by sweeping and emptying garbage containers daily. Implement the WOW Operating Way plan to ensure quality and productivity standards are met. This role contributes directly to the shop's efficiency and Net Promoter Score. Valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift in excess of 50lbs of materials
- Must be able to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to work under pressure
