Job Summary
Perform high-quality structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs; complete light non-structural repairs (sanding, finishing, bumper work); follow proper blueprinting and disassembly procedures; identify additional damage and communicate with the estimator; use proper safety equipment and maintain a clean, organized work area; read estimates and follow written instructions; lift up to 80 lbs.; work in a shop offering paid I-CAR & OEM certifications and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of auto body experience preferred
- I-CAR or OEM training a plus
- Ability to read estimates and follow written instructions
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift 80 lbs. and perform physical repair tasks
