Job Summary
Repair and restore damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition, focusing on structural and cosmetic damages for both electric and traditional luxury vehicles. Diagnose repairs, perform welding and metal fabrication, and maintain welding, cutting, and application equipment to ensure safety and optimized use. Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and techniques while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Communicate effectively with team members and customers, and self-manage time to ensure optimum efficiency. Use the timeclock to identify on and off times for structural and non-structural repairs, and ensure measurement copies are filed at repair order closure. Collaborate with the Blue Printer/estimator to create accurate pull plans for structural realignment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years' experience as an Auto Body Technician
- Experience repairing electric vehicles
- Ability to speak English fluently
- Own tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Desired Qualifications
- I-CAR certification preferred
