Job Summary
Perform high-quality structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs while completing light non-structural work like sanding, finishing, and bumper tasks. Follow blueprinting and disassembly procedures, identify additional damage, and communicate findings with the estimator. Maintain a clean, organized work area using proper safety equipment. Requires 5+ years of auto body experience, ability to read estimates, and physical capacity to lift 80 lbs. Pay ranges from $20 to $26 flat rate plus up to a $10k sign-on bonus for A-Level Technicians. Full I-CAR and OEM certifications are provided, along with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
