Job Summary
Estimator responsible for owning the full estimates and repair process post-vehicle teardown, ensuring quality repairs and timely communication of repair processes to Body Technicians; proficient in post-repair plan documentation, OEM procedures, and DRP/BAR compliance; prepares and completes paperwork for the final customer packet, including DRP and final invoices; collaborates with front offices, parts managers, and utilizes CCC ONE estimating system to deliver accurate estimates and customer-focused service. Key skills include sales, estimating, blueprinting, customer service, effective communication, multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of DRP/oem procedures; required to perform post-repair QC and vehicle delivery, with ongoing training and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive collision repair
- Proficiency in sales, estimating, blueprinting, and customer service
- I-Car training preferred
- Knowledge of the CCC ONE estimating system preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
