Job Summary
The Experienced Auto Appraiser is responsible for conducting thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and generating detailed appraisal reports. Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant experience and strong technical expertise in auto repairs and estimations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as an auto appraiser in the insurance, automotive repair, or related industry
- Strong understanding of automotive repair processes, parts pricing, and labor costs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency with appraisal software such as CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex
- Applicable certifications (e.g., I-CAR, ASE) are highly desirable
