Job Summary
Investigate and evaluate commercial auto claims promptly, communicate with all parties to gather information, and determine coverage and liability for each claim. Conduct vehicle inspections to assess damages and negotiate settlements with claimants and repair shops. Maintain accurate claim records and provide updates to clients throughout the process. This role requires at least three years of commercial auto claims experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and claims software. Required Qualifications
