Implement individualized behavior plans for autistic children in home and community settings while teaching communication, social, and daily living skills. Collect accurate data to track progress and collaborate closely with families and a supervising BCBA. Receive ongoing training and supervision to grow clinical skills within a compassionate, evidence-based, and supportive team environment focused on meaningful outcomes.
